Social restricts certain content and activities in order to prevent abuse of our features and to protect users from potential spam or instances of harassment. Prohibited Content
The following rules and regulations establish the rights and responsibilities of site users. Anytime you use the Web site, CreditQ.com/Social, you are implicitly agreeing to these terms of use. Things that are not allowed on CreditQ Social include, but are not restricted to:
- Hate Speech
- Imposter or fake profiles
- Any content containing violence
- Any content containing nudity or sexually suggestive or harassing words/images/video
- Threats of violence or attacks directed at groups or individuals
- Publishing the personal information of someone other than yourself
- Bullying or harassment
- Unauthorized solicitations, spam
- Engaging in unlawful multi-level marketing, e.g., Ponzi or pyramid schemes
- Uploading malware or viruses
- Any activity that will undermine the website, or impair its functionality
CreditQ Social reserves the right to remove content and/or block/remove/disable users who violate the terms of this agreement.
Removing Reported Content & Disabling Accounts
- CreditQ Social removes reported content/material, and/or disables accounts that violate this Terms of Use Agreement.
- If your content or actions are reported as prohibitive, you may receive a written warning (in the form of an e-mail) indicating the content/material purportedly in violation.
- If the content is in violation, we will remove it.
- If repeated content violations occur, and/or violations are considerable, your account may be disabled without further warning.
- If you believe content has been reported in error, please indicate this to us within 10 days of our corrective action (either removing the material, or sending an e-mail regarding the material), to submit an appeal.
Best Practices/Accounts
Part of the Terms of Use requires that every CreditQ Social member creates an authentic account, complete with your real name (in the case of personal profiles), as well as an accurate presentation of your professional skills (in the case of professional profiles). This makes it easier for you to find who you're looking for and helps keep our community safe. If you notice personal and/or professional profiles that may be misrepresented, please contact site administrators.

CreditQ Social restricts certain content on our website in order to make the community a pleasant place for all. Encouraging participation while maintaining a positive experience for all of our site members and visitors is our ultimate goal. To this end, we ask that all comments and exchanges be done in a considerate and respectful manner. We want all users to feel comfortable with our site’s dynamics, thus we reserve the right to delete obnoxious, profane, abusive, and/or harassing comments and communications. Additionally, we also reserve the right to delete any posting containing nudity or spam, and will block/disable/remove the accounts of repeat offenders.
