650,000 Bank of America, Citi, Chase, and Wells Fargo customers fled to credit unions in light of bank announcements about new fees. Apparently, this shift, as well as the public outcry, was enough for the big four banks to take notice and reverse plans for the fees. Consumers won this round, but for how long?
